Is a Telehealth visit right for me?

Telehealth is useful for many appointments, but we may not be able to use it for all your visits. If you live close to a Ontario Telemedicine Studio and receive your care at UHN, please discuss this option with your UHN health care provider to find out which appointments can be provided through Telehealth.

How is a Telehealth visit booked?

When you and your UHN health care team agree to use Telehealth for your next visit, our Telehealth Program contacts the Ontario Telemedicine Network to book the nearest Telehealth studio in your community. The Ontario Telemedicine Network will contact you directly with your appointment date and time and give you directions to your local studio.
