The Adult Cardiac Congenital Clinic plays a leadership role locally, nationally, and internationally. Together with 14 other regional centres across Canada, the Adult Cardiac Congenital Centre is part of the Canadian Adult Congenital Heart (CACH) Network, a group that provides patients access to skilled care and treatment. With a patient's consent, reports can be sent to any multidisciplinary team member involved in their care either currently or in the past. Patients may also receive a copy of their own reports.
